Terms of Service

Welcome to RUSCOM Appliance Repair. By scheduling a service appointment, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Diagnostic Fee

We provide residential appliance repair services. Upon arriving at your location, our technician will diagnose your appliance issue.

  • Standard Diagnostic Fee: $99
  • Vashon Island Diagnostic Fee: $129

This fee covers the cost of travel and the expert diagnosis of your appliance. If you choose to proceed with the repair quote provided by our technician, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total cost of the repair. If you decline the repair, you are still responsible for paying the diagnostic fee.

2. Estimates & Payment

After diagnosis, our technician will provide an estimate for the full repair (parts and labor). Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service call or repair, unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and online payments via our Client Hub (powered by Jobber).

3. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labor for the specific repair performed. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the specific repair or subsequent failures of different parts.

4. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from RUSCOM Appliance Repair regarding your appointment, arrival times, estimates, and invoices. Standard text messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

5. Liability

RUSCOM Appliance Repair is not responsible for preexisting damage to appliances, flooring, cabinetry, or surrounding areas. We take the utmost care during repairs, but moving heavy appliances carries inherent risks.
